Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: Shipping methods are dependent on the seller. The available options and estimated delivery times will be presented to you by the artist. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific product(s) ordered.

Order Processing: Once your order is successfully placed, your artist will begin processing it promptly. We aim to process orders within 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the size and weight of the package, shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking: To ensure transparency and allow you to track the progress of your shipment, we provide tracking information for all orders. You can conveniently track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the designated shipping carrier's website.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Artcamp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • The return or exchange request is initiated within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team at artcampcentral@gmail.com within the specified time frame, providing your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process, providing you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

  3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the original shipping fees may not be refundable.

Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team at exchanges@artcamp.com within the specified time frame, providing your order details, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement.

  2. Our team will guide you through the exchange process, providing you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

  3. Package the item to be exchanged securely, including all accessories and tags.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed with shipping the replacement item to you.

 

 

Important Notes:

  • Artcamp reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified criteria.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • In case of damaged or defective items, please contact our customer care team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

We strive to process returns and exchanges in a timely manner, typically within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
